Is a multi-passionate individaul who have made a significant impact in Minnesota. She earned her B.S. in Psychology & M.S. in Counseling & Student Personnel both from Minnesota State University Mankato.
She’s worked in higher education for 8+ years before she transitioned over and opened her own consulting agency, Pinnacle Planning Partners, where she advise and work with social media influencers, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Specifically on social media marketing, digital marketing, securing strategic partnerships with sponsors, and building relationships with key stakeholders to put on community events.
In her heart, she’s always had a passion for building community engagement, bringing people together, and serving multi-cultural populations. One of her many achievements in higher education, would have to have been to write an anthology book about Asian American college students. Giving them a platform to share their experiences of what it was like to go to college as an Asian American student.
Working directly in her community, and providing opportunities for marginalized groups. In the Fall of 2024, she had the opportunity to work with a non-profit organization to bring together 32,000 people to celebrate culture, identity, and diversity in the state of Minnesota.
Just this past Spring, she spearheaded legislative advocacy efforts before the Minnesota House of Representatives and Senate, advocating for a $350,000 legacy fund to support financial assistance initiatives for the dance community and further the non-profit’s mission.

Through those experiences, it's brought her right back to where it started, in higher education where she have always had a passion for teaching, inspiring, connecting, leading, advising, and finding opportunities for students, individuals, and stakeholders to share about their experiences whether that’s in a written book or to share their mission with the community.
Having the opportunity to be an community advocate for college students at the University level or as a Program Manager for a cultural non-profit group. She has been able to support individuals from different stages of their life to help them achieve success.
In all of her positions, whether that was working in K-12, college students, or advising doctoral students, it has always been about how we can create a world that honors and celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion and she can say that she’s been able to demonstrate a commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive environments through her experiences.
As she transition back into teaching, she’s excited to see how her expertise in student affairs and academic advising can be used to teach individuals about wealth and financial freedom.
