Welcome to Maycee Vee, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or downloading any Canva templates (“Templates”) from our website or online store, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Templates are the intellectual property of Maycee Vee, LLC.
You are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these Templates in accordance with these Terms.

You do not own the copyright or design rights to any Template, even after purchase.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Maycee Vee, LLC.

Permitted Use

When you purchase a Template, you are granted permission to:

  • Use the Template for your own personal or business use.

  • Edit, customize, and modify the Template to fit your individual branding needs.

  • Export final designs from Canva for marketing, branding, or client presentations (if applicable).

Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from the following:

  • Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or sub-licensing the original or modified Template.

  • Claiming the Template or its design as your own.

  • Using the Template in a way that violates Canva’s Content License Agreement or applicable copyright laws.

  • Offering the Template as part of a free giveaway, digital library, or course bonus, unless explicit written permission is granted by Maycee Vee, LLC.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.

Canva Platform Disclaimer

Our Templates are created using Canva, a third-party design platform. To use the Templates, you must have a Canva account (either free or paid). We are not affiliated with Canva, and we are not responsible for any issues, limitations, or changes made by Canva that may affect the usability of the Templates.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a Template has been purchased or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your Template, please contact us at contact@mayceevee.com, and we will make every effort to resolve it promptly.

License Scope and Duration

Your license to use the Template is perpetual (no expiration) but non-transferable.
You may use the Template for one brand or business only.
If you wish to use the Template for multiple brands, businesses, or clients, you must purchase additional licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Maycee Vee, LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the Templates. You agree that your use of the Templates is at your sole risk.

We do not warrant that the Templates will meet your specific requirements or that your use of the Templates will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This means:

  • Save and export your customized version from Canva for your intended use.

🚫 You CANNOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the original or modified template to others.

  • Claim the design as your own creation.

  • Give away the template as a freebie or include it in a course, membership, or digital product.

  • Use it for multiple brands or clients without purchasing separate licenses.

Your license is for one brand or business only, and all sales are final since this is a digital product.
